Need a "Ticket to Play" for Fall Sports? The packet with all the forms is located in either the upper right or lower left of this site. All 13 pages must be filled out. You can turn it in in the office to Mrs Uribe. Included in this packet is information on athlete monies needed for transportation this year. YOU CANNOT PRACTICE OR TRYOUT FOR A TEAM WITHOUT A TICKET TO PLAY.

10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Athletes transfering into Mt. Carmel this summer. New Statewide "CIF Transfer Rules" now require you to fill out paperwork so you may compete in your sports. Contact the Athletic Director at mtcarmelathletics@yahoo.com to make a appointment to get these transfer forms.
